New Israeli Strikes Across Gaza Leave Ten Dead, Dozens Injured
In Gaza City, four people lost their lives and seven others were injured when an Israeli drone reportedly targeted a civilian vehicle near Palestine Square in the Rimal district. Medical sources said the strike occurred in a densely populated area of the city.
The same sources also reported the death of 14-year-old Hadeel Ayman Jundi, who succumbed to injuries sustained during an Israeli attack on Gaza City the previous day.
Further south, five Palestinians were killed and 17 others injured after an Israeli strike hit a police position in the Al-Nass area west of Khan Younis, according to reports.
In northern Gaza, five wounded individuals were transferred to Al-Saraya Field Hospital following an attack attributed to the Israeli navy near the coast west of Beit Lahia, medical sources said.
Meanwhile, in central Gaza, a teenage fisherman was killed early Sunday after Israeli naval forces reportedly opened machine-gun fire toward fishing boats operating off the coast of Deir al-Balah.
The incidents occurred despite the existence of a ceasefire agreement, with reports indicating that hostilities and military operations have continued in various parts of the enclave.
